Tell me more about your craftsmanship

Every piece is hand crafted, and every pearl hand-selected. Necklaces are hand-knotted on silk thread for beauty and durability. Breakages are still at 1% after nearly ten years. If at some point you may want to have your necklace restrung, please send it directly to Diana.

Can I come visit your studio?

Diana participates in Open Studios twice a year. Click here to be added to her mailing list. Otherwise, private visits may be arranged.

Pearls used by Diana are purchased from Asian sources through reputable dealers . Today's technology has given us a wider range of colors and shapes of pearls than ever before. Every pearl is hand-selected by Diana for its irridescence, hue, and size. Our pearls come in several size choices, colors are brilliant, and their high quality is evident by their luminosity.

Why can't I get that exact combination?

The pearl market shifts and changes constantly, depending on the weather, global disease, design problems and the market. Shapes change and new colors are added regularly. Ask for recent information on market availability.

Are your products guaranteed?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not happy with the finished product, Diana will be happy to discuss solutions to the problem. In all the years she has been making jewelry, Diana has never had an unhappy customer.

How do I order?

You can order by email or phone. After recieving your order, Diana will call to confirm it with you and arrange payment and a due date. Every care is taken to ensure your order arrives exactly as you imagined. Diana accepts all major credit cards.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order up to 3 days after confirmation of its receipt.

How is the jewelry shipped?

A flat fee of $8 is charged for regular delivery/ $15 for expedited delivery. This charge covers shipping, handling and a gift box. Ground delivery via UPS, expedited via UPS or FedEx. If at all possible, please ship to an address where a real person will receive your package (work or a neighbor if needed). If you have a P.O. Box or live in a rural area, please send Diana an email before ordering so she can make appropriate delivery arrangements.
